Apply the strip to clean, dry teeth, following contour of teeth. Do not apply gums or other soft tissue. Leave on for recommended time (45 minutes Professional Effects and 60 1 Hour Express). Remove discard. Brush teeth gently remove any residual gel. Use as directed, be used more than 22 days. If sensitivity irritation occurs, discontinue use consult a dentist.
